The role establishes data engineering standards, promotes safe AI-assisted development, partners with stakeholders to deliver data solutions, and mentors engineers to advance capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep Databricks and distributed data processing expertise.
• Strong data engineering and architecture fundamentals, programming skills, and leadership in AI-enabled engineering.
