Job summary

Pariveda is seeking lead software developers to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level applications in Dallas. You will build custom solutions in small teams, partnering with clients to solve real business challenges in an agile, people-first environment.

Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and languages including Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and SQL, plus web/mobile technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects.
• Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small Pariveda teams and help teammates develop their skills and careers.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients in a variety of industries.
• Execute projects from start to finish and manage all roles in the SDLC (estimate, gather requirements, architect, develop, test, deliver).
• Explore technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and build modern applications with multiple languages and web/mobile stacks.
• Present findings, solutions, and demos to senior executives and stakeholders.
