Job summary

Energy Innovation Corp is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own GitHub Actions from day one and build a high-quality, scalable platform in North Las Vegas, NV. You will drive automation, testing, and infrastructure as code across staging and production, delivering reliable software in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to sprint planning and technology roadmaps, mentor teammates, and ensure observability and quality are embedded from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• Around 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-but-mighty environment.
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production.
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to North Las Vegas, NV production without dropping the baton.
• Stand up observability so Dell sees failures before customers in NV do.
• Write the Django integration tests that catch regressions before North Las Vegas, NV ships them.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
