Talentify is seeking a senior engineering leader in Wilmington, DE to guide the development team, design scalable software architectures, and enforce high-quality code practices. You will mentor engineers, drive security and reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of critical projects.

The role requires deep experience with Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud-native patterns, plus strong communication skills to partner with JPMorgan sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years in software engineering or related roles.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance and direction to the engineering team, ensuring standards and best practices.
• Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Lead design and architecture decisions for software systems and tech stack.
• Ensure code quality via reviews and testing strategies.
• Act as liaison between engineering and other departments, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Address and mitigate technical challenges and bottlenecks in development.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; travel up to 10% domestically to partner sites.
