Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in senior/lead roles focused on AI/ML.
  • Experience with Generative AI, RAG, or LLMs—covering discovery, architecture, agents, deployment, lifecycle, and metrics.
  • Strong backend and API development experience; proficient in OO programming and AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead enterprise-scale AI systems, including multi-component pipelines and autonomous agents.
  • Oversee evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge AI techniques; translate research into roadmaps.
  • Provide senior technical leadership; mentor engineers; champion MLOps and governance for AI models.
