We're partnering with a high-growth Boston startup looking for a Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling their core platform. You'll provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and work closely with founders to shape the product and engineering roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions
- Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership teams
- Ship high-quality products in a fast-paced startup environment
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Previous experience leading projects or engineering teams
- Strong background with modern web technologies and cloud platforms
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and distributed systems
- Experience building scalable products from concept through growth stages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Startup experience preferred
Applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- $180,000 to $250,000 base salary
