Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions across LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures. You will build scalable AI applications, govern secure deployments, and lead CI/CD for production systems.

Remote collaboration with Azure/AWS, LangChain, LangGraph, and Kubernetes will be routine, requiring strong Python, distributed systems, and governance expertise to ensure reliability and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
• Advanced proficiency in Python development, API design, and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML workloads in Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, data privacy, observability, and production support in regulated environments.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

• Build intelligent AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Services

• Implement and optimize end-to-end GenAIOps processes, including solution design, deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management

• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Foundry Agent Services
• Advanced proficiency in Python development, API design, and microservices-based application architectures
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML workloads in Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture patterns, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
• Understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, data privacy, observability, monitoring, and production support practices in regulated environments
• Strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and technical leadership skills
