Job summary

David Clark Company seeks a Soft Goods Production Supervisor in Worcester, MA to directly supervise and lead production staff, ensuring quality and meeting output targets. This full-time role operates 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a base salary in the 65k–68k range.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing and sewing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 10 years of experience; strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in manufacturing and sewing.
Bachelor's degree required.
Specialized training or certification may be required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Supervise stitchers, sonic sealers, link-net fabricators, cutters and sewing machine mechanics.
Train and instruct new hires on all required procedures.
Manage day-to-day operations of the soft goods production department.
Plan and establish work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.
Address equipment breakdowns and procure parts; maintain floor stock.
