You’ll manage complex AV systems, including Control4, Elan, Lutron, and Vantage, turning intricate tech into seamless user experiences.

As a lead, you mentor a dedicated crew, own project success from planning to hand-off, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into elegant installations.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in AV integration and troubleshooting before client notice.
• Leadership experience to motivate a team during long projects.

Responsibilities
