Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with industry experience in analytical chemistry for small molecules.
• Experience in structural elucidation, impurity characterization, and solid-state chemistry.
• Experience supporting CMC development and regulatory submissions (IND/NDA).
• Prior leadership or matrix leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for small molecule structural characterization.
• Define analytical strategies to support process development and lifecycle management.
• Lead investigations of analytical/CMC issues related to structure and impurities.
• Oversee method development, qualification, and validation across platforms.
