• 8–10 years of manufacturing or technical support experience.
• Ability to lead a group to achieve objectives across a broad impact.
• Supervisory/coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Small Molecule Manufacturing processes.
• Ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
• Clear and effective communication across organization levels.
• Flexible hours to support 24/7/365 operations.
