Job summary

Toledo Clinic's Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Department is seeking a motivated Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our team as the Lead Day Technologist and DME Coordinator. This dual-role position will spearhead our new in-house Durable Medical Equipment (DME) service while managing clinical day studies and administrative protocols.

Responsibilities include daytime sleep studies, prior authorizations, payer communications, CPAP/BIPAP setup, and DME inventory management.

Qualifications

• Requires certification as RPSGT and sleep lab experience.
• Must be able to score sleep studies and generate reports.
• Experience with prior authorizations and DME processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daytime sleep studies (MSLT, MWT, PAP naps).
• Review sleep studies for staging and respiratory scoring accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to AASM standards.
• Perform and lead DME activities including CPAP/BIPAP setup and inventory.
• Handle prior authorizations and payer communications.
• Oversee daily DME department operations.
