Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Sitecore Developer to build and extend our back-end systems powering our Global Digital Experience Development team.

You will focus on Sitecore XM/XP, .NET/C#, Next.js, and API integrations, delivering scalable, reliable solutions for our public marketing sites and platforms. The role requires senior-level experience with Sitecore, JavaScript, Node.js, JSS, and Next.js, plus familiarity with AI coding tools to boost efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• 10+ years of backend development experience.
• Expertise in Sitecore XM/XP, .NET, C#.
• Experience with SOLR, multi-site and multilingual setups.
• Hands-on with JavaScript, Node.js, JSS and Next.js.
• CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Ability to use AI coding tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain back-end solutions for our digital experience platform and global marketing sites.
• Serve as a senior hands-on developer for Sitecore XM implementations and integrations.
• Develop reliable back-end services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Next.js, Solr.
• Extend Sitecore capabilities with custom services and content-driven apps.
• Support CMS templates, components, and publishing considerations.
• Contribute to headless delivery with JSS, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build and support APIs and integrations for content delivery.
• Support CI/CD workflows and containerized deployments.
