Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated manufacturing operator to ensure high-quality output. You will interpret blueprints, read calipers, and operate sheet metal and silkscreen processes, following safety policies and print specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in manufacturing; 5+ years silkscreen experience is preferred. You will train new employees, meet production deadlines, and participate in team lifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Silkscreen experience.
• 3+ Years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company safety policies and programs such as Personal Protective Equipment use and incident reporting.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production and match print to router and pink ticket.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet production deadlines and maintain product quality standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and participate in team lifts up to 75 lbs.
