The candidate will lead installations, work safely in construction environments, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and teammates to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and hand tool skills; Sign industry knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Safety-focused and comfortable in construction environments.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift, load, transport, and install signage and materials.

Responsibilities

• Strong leadership and ownership of installations.
• Be professional, courteous, and presentable for the company.
• Maintain safety and quality on construction sites.
• Install ADA signage, dimensional signage, vinyl graphics, wayfinding, and exterior signage.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, contractors, and teammates.
• Prepare tools, hardware, materials, drawings, paperwork, and vehicles for upcoming installs.
• Load and organize the install vehicle ahead of time whenever possible.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and installation vehicle.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with shop prep when not in the field.
• Use tablet and project management software for site surveys and installs.
