Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. This role offers growth as a leader in a fast-paced environment and the chance to be part of an energetic team.

Responsible individuals will have at least one year of supervisory experience, be 18+, maintain flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and possess the physical ability to handle shift

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
