Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience in AI solutions implementation.
• ServiceNow certifications including NOW Assist for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM required.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and spearhead AI initiatives.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and provide team direction.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams on projects.
