• Act as a liaison between kitchen and servers.
• Assist chef with food preparation as needed.
• Coordinate special functions with management.
• Ensure server stations and bars are stocked.
• Attend and adhere to alcohol and tobacco training.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Regular attendance for scheduled shifts is required.
