Eurest at Foxwoods, Mashantucket, CT is hiring for a full-time Lead Server. No experience is required; training is provided. You’ll be taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding a clean, safe dining environment.

The role includes training new staff and addressing guest concerns. The position offers a 2nd shift schedule with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits program through Compass Group.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
