Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Server for one of our senior living communities in Melbourne, FL. You will be part of the Culinary team, helping with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup to ensure residents have a delightful dining experience.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is caring and organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role supports independent living, assisted living, or memory care residents and emphasizes resident-first service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Caring, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents, families, guests, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Being a Server on our Culinary team means helping with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes
• Take orders and make sure residents receive their food and drink timely to have an excellent dining experience
• Maintain the dining room to be service ready
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed
