Job summary

Rapid Home Service Group on Long Island is seeking an experienced SEO lead to own organic search across our multi-brand home-service portfolio. You will build and execute a scalable strategy that increases rankings, traffic, and inbound leads while integrating AI visibility.

This role offers remote flexibility and reports directly to ownership. You’ll lead SEO for Rapid Roofing, BOSS Decks, and future brands, with a clear plan, measurable outcomes, and a true runway to scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record moving money pages with measurable rankings and leads.
• Fluent in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush; you know how to build a report that tells a story, not just exports a dashboard.
• Strong technical SEO foundation: audits, crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals; you’ve fixed issues, not just flagged them.
• Real local SEO experience: GBP management, multi-location strategy, citations relevant to a service area market.
• Clear point of view on content strategy; know what ranks and how to brief it to avoid rebuilds.
• Link building experience with effective approaches.
• Think about AI and LLM visibility as a distinct discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy and execution across multiple brands.
• Report on performance with clear metrics and insights.
• Identify gaps and close gaps in rankings and traffic across brands.
• Collaborate with content, technical, and product teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Maintain a living, documented plan of initiatives and outcomes.
