The Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) organization is seeking a Lead, Senior or Expert Test & Evaluation Engineer to serve as the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Test Technical Lead Engineer in Huntsville, AL.
The PAC-3 Engineering Team is responsible for designing RADAR seeker upgrades and next generation concepts, as well as supporting production and special test equipment design.
Boeing has a multi-year contract to develop, test, and manufacture the PAC-3 RADAR seeker.
This program encompasses concurrent design, test and manufacturing as new upgrades to this complex electro-mechanical assembly are incorporated into production.
This long-term program is rapidly growing in Huntsville due to design updates, production growth, and Boeing facilities consolidations.
The Test Technical Lead will provide technical oversight to SEIT capability Test Conductors as they lead test planning, readiness reviews, and test execution across development, verification, and validation activities for both the PAC-3 seeker system and supporting test equipment.
The successful Test Technical Lead Engineer will be familiar with test command media and best practices and adapt it to the PAC-3 system and program, engaging mentees with an Advise, Assist, Check mentality to bring consistency across testing on the program.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
