Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Lead Electronic Security Engineer/Security Technician to focus on programming and commissioning at large commercial facilities. The role is onsite in Memphis with occasional support for other local high-end clients.

Prior experience in access control and IP video is required, with certifications in major brands preferred. You’ll lead startup and integration tasks, handle conversions and upgrades, and collaborate with a family-oriented team that values employee growth

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of commercial security installation and programming experience.
• Experience with access control and IP video systems.
• Certification with one or more manufacturers (Lenel, Genetec, CCure, AMAG, Prowatch) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, and programming at large commercial/industrial facilities.
• Support integration conversions and upgrades to new systems.
• Occasionally service other high-end commercial/industrial clients in the Memphis area.
