St. Joseph’s Health in Wayne, NJ is seeking a security officer to provide safety and security for visitors, patients, physicians, and staff. You will safeguard hospital assets, enforce policies, take charge of the shift when required, cover posts, and assist in training new officers.
The role also involves reviewing paperwork for completeness and accuracy, supporting a compliant healthcare environment, and working full-time on site with benefits within a large non-profit health system.

Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to three years of previous work related experience (Military or Police experience preferred). Valid driver’s license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record as stipulated by SJH policy and, if applicable, the SJH insurance carrier, for those required to drive a hospital vehicle

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
