Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a Lead Security Engineer for an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will lead security initiatives, design and implement security tools, and collaborate with IT and engineering teams to embed security into system design.

The role requires 6+ years in security engineering with strong knowledge of network security, threat detection, and incident response. Mentorship of junior engineers and staying current on threats are key components.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience, including prior lead/senior experience.
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and incident response processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security tools and infrastructure.
