Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager for the Secure AI & Data Protection practice to lead day-to-day client workstreams and deliver secure AI solutions. You will design and deploy prototype and production-grade AI security tooling, guide teams, and contribute to playbooks and training materials.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with agentic coding tools, and strong knowledge of AI architecture and security. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Cybersecurity with depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud security, offensive security, GRC, or responsible AI).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI architecture fundamentals (LLMs, agentic systems, A2A, RAG, MLOps pipelines, MCP, AI Gateway).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs, AI supply chain risks).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent) applied to LLM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure all components work together seamlessly.
• Collaborate with project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out AI Security and Governance offerings powered by LLM platforms and agentic frameworks.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and earn trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the most effective secure AI solution recommended to the client.
• Contribute to Accenture sales efforts when needed.
