Basalite Building Products, LLC is seeking a Secondary Ops Superintendent to lead and manage material flow from post-production through secondary operations, including grinding, shot blasting, cutting and finishing. You will ensure safe equipment operation, optimize utilization, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to address uptime issues.

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience in the concrete block and/or sack industry is a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong aptitude for math and organizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the flow of materials from post-production through secondary operations.
• Direct daily meetings with operation leads to confirm assignments and priorities.
• Collaborate with planning to develop production schedules and capacity.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to JSAs and safety rules.
• Coach and train supervisory staff and manage attendance and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire and train staff for the area of responsibility.
• Maintain production documentation and support monthly performance reporting.
