Qualifications
- Master's degree required and Texas midmanagement certification or equivalent.
- Texas supervisory certification and PDAS appraiser credentials preferred.
- Valid Texas teaching certification required.
- Experience in instructional leadership and program evaluation essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist the principal in developing and evaluating educational programs.
- Coordinate campus activities and supervise staff during non-instructional periods.
- Observe and evaluate staff performance; participate in budgeting and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and district procedures.
- Promote positive climate and effective communication with families and community.
