Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of SDETs.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies and automation coverage.

Skills

Proficient in coding languages such as C# or Python

Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools

Proficient in SQL and database testing techniques

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
