Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Chantilly, VA is seeking a seasoned Agile Lead to drive the end-to-end agile flow for the team, coordinating with PM, Eng, Tech Leads, and client leadership to deliver CDRLs and milestones.

You will coach teams on SAFe practices, maintain the backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, generate scrum reports, and support MVIs and program increments while collaborating with the client PMO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Agile lifecycle and coordination of Scrums and other processes.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence in managing artifacts, reports, sprints, epics, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums and ensure team accountability; reflect progress in Jira/Confluence.
• Groom and manage backlog to simplify planning and deliverables; remove roadblocks.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories; provide sprint/PI planning support.
