This role serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile teams, facilitating team events and processes, coaching and supporting teams in delivering value. The Scrum Master in Refining Digital will have a persistent focus on relentless improvement in how MPC uses technology that enables our business. The SM will work closely with Product Owners and other product teams. The role will provide daily guidance to the team to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, remove impediments, and, most importantly, hold teams accountable for delivering commitments and value.This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level.
