You will serve as the primary SME, drive formulation design and manufacturing technology, oversee pilot and full-scale trials, ensure safety, shelf-life, and palatability, and support regulatory compliance in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• MS in Food Science, Food Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of food industry product development or process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated track record of commercializing complex food products from concept to manufacturing.
• Deep mastery of formulation design and manufacturing technology.

Responsabilités

• Technical Lead & Category Innovation to drive product design in fresh pet food.
• Process Engineering & Line Optimization to improve scale-up and manufacturability.
• Cross-Functional Scale-Up & Validation with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance for formulation docs, specs, and IP filings.
