Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience assisting in food handling, preparation and/or cooking.
• Completion of a training course in food preparation or service.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by A and B above.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
• Coordinates the storage and care of food and supplies.
• Cleans dining rooms and dish/linen areas; maintains kitchen equipment.
