Grand Rapids Building Services Inc (GRBS) seeks a Lead Custodian for Comstock Park Public Schools in Rockford, MI. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month and hours from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to lead a cleaning team and ensure contract standards are met. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools requirements: individuals with theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
• Experience leading a custodial team is highly preferred.
