Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to join our team in Ohio. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for projects across heavy civil and industrial construction, ensuring timely execution and contract compliance.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6/Cloud, and the ability to coordinate with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling.
• Experience in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6/Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules for projects ranging in size and complexity.
• Maintain and analyze project schedules and provide critical schedule input.
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and coordinate with estimators and project teams.
• Work with subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure schedule alignment.

The role of a Lead Project Scheduler is to ensure that all stages of the construction process are accurately planned and executed in a timely manner. This role can sit out of Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, or St. Louis, MO. If sitting out of an Ohio location, there will be an expectation to travel to St. Louis once a month.SUMMARYRole is a Lead Project Scheduler for project pursuits ranging in size, complexity and scope. Primary responsibility will be supporting our project management tea, including self-performed and subcontractor scopes of work.Independently, or with a project team, create high-level master schedules for projects ranging in size and complexity.Possess excellent time management and organizational skills and have a background in Civil Engineering or related fields.
