Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scan Team Lead to supervise a on-site crew that prepares items for online auction listings in Greenville, SC. You will oversee inspection, scanner and put-away staff, ensure training, meet team goals, and communicate with the GM on escalations. Prior supervisory experience and ability to lift heavy items are preferred.

The role requires on-site availability, variable hours, and adherence to company policies. Weekly pay and benefits are provided after initial period.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct impartial and inaccurate listings through proprietary software
• Lift and move all items with or without assistance to organize according to our racking system
• Subject matter expert on all positions within the department
• Ensure that each team member receives adequate training
• Ensure the scan team meets goals necessary for company growth
• Communicate effectively with the GM on all matters that need to be escalated
• Adjust, approve, and submit team timesheets
• Determine, with the GM, any disciplinary action for policy violation, and deliver the message to the team member
• Provide input to the GM in the evaluation process
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the supervisory team
• Other tasks as assigned by Management
• May be required to obtain and maintain a forklift certification based on business needs
