Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Leadman to provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to craft workers while performing journeyman duties. Leadman will help Foreman and oversee day-to-day operations on job sites.

Responsibilities include selecting materials, inspecting surfaces, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent and field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Examine, select and gather materials and tools.
• Inspect base surface for obstructions.
• Load, transport and unload materials.
• Erect scaffolding and formwork per specs.
• Work at heights and observe safety rules.
