Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is hiring a carpentry crew supervisor to oversee teams that build, position, and dismantle wooden structures per sketches and company standards. You will inspect materials, measure and cut timber, and assemble scaffolds, ensuring safe execution and adherence to blueprints.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic mathematics and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew(s) that build, position, and dismantle wooden structures.
• Examine, select and gather materials and tools.
• Inspect blueprints and specifications for dimensions.
• Set up scaffolding and ensure safety compliance.
• Measure boards and cut to spec using standard tools.
• Erect ladders, walkways, platforms, and gangways according to specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on tolls and equipment.
• Follow safety and project rules and guidelines.
