The Lead SCADA/MES Developer will provide technical leadership for the development, enhancement, integration, and support of SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications supporting JLG manufacturing operations. This individual will serve as a technical subject matter expert for SCADA/MES applications and related manufacturing technologies, while remaining hands‑on with application development and production support. The role will lead technical solutions, mentor other developers, establish development and support standards, and work closely with manufacturing, engineering, controls, quality, and Digital Technology teams to deliver reliable and scalable digital manufacturing solutions. This position is based in Frederick, MD and requires the ability to provide hands‑on support at manufacturing facilities as needed.
#LI-AG1 Pay Range: $103,300.00 - $177,700.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
