Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead SCADA & Controls Engineer to join our Energy team. This role supports utility-scale renewable energy, distributed energy, and advanced generation projects across the United States, leading design, development, and commissioning of SCADA, EMS, and control systems.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with utilities, OEMs, and EPC contractors, and produce architecture drawings, interface specifications, and control narratives to ensure delivery on time, within budget,

Qualifications

• Experience leading SCADA/Controls projects in energy sector.
• Ability to develop EMS functional specifications and system design documents.
• Strong communication and coordination with utilities, OEMs, and EPCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and commissioning of SCADA, EMS, and control systems for utility-scale projects.
• Create system architecture drawings, interface specifications, and control narratives.
