Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or related field.
• 8+ years designing electrical harnesses for complex systems.
• Experience with manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification of harnesses.
• Familiarity with ECSS-Q-ST-20, IPC/WHMA-A-620, SAE ARP1870, NASA-STD-8739.
• Proven leadership or technical lead experience.

• Lead and manage the "SAR Spacecraft Harness Team".
• Interpret the team OKRs and delegate tasks to achieve domain goals.
• Mentor and support the professional development of team members.
