Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a SAP Lead Solution Analyst to bridge business needs with SAP technical solutions across MM, SD, FICO, MDG, PP, EWM, and ABAP. You will design end-to-end SAP solutions, create blueprints, and mentor team members.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with L3 leads, ensure integrations with Fiori, BAPIs, CPI and BTP, and support testing, performance, and documentation. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations.
• Develops SAP RICEFW enhancements and interfaces.
• Hands-on with MM, SD, EWM, PP & FICO modules.
