Job summary

Canadian Solar seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA PCE Operations & Integration Lead to support the production operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition landscape.

This role focuses on production monitoring, incident triage, transport and release coordination, SAP service-provider coordination, integration monitoring, and operational governance, with strong Basis knowledge and cloud integration experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years SAP Basis and production support experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Private Cloud Edition, and managed cloud.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP S/4HANA PCE production operations and governance.
• Coordinate transports, releases, and change controls across environments.
• Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor system health, interfaces, RFCs, and integration flows in CPI/Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with MSPs, infrastructure, and business teams on outages and upgrades.
