Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for the Life Sciences Industry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Sciences clients and/or Industry.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with SAP Finance Integrations with other cross-functional areas.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Sciences projects or clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to workshops, design decisions, and end-to-end build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Supply Chain area.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps during sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and add-on partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value for clients.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture to achieve transformational roadmaps.
