EPAM Systems seeks a hands-on Lead SAP PaPM Developer / Tax Technology Specialist to join the BUILD team and shape next-generation Corporate Income Tax tools. You will model financial and tax solutions in SAP PaPM (Cloud) and configure SAC-P planning models, turning complex tax regulations into scalable software.

You will collaborate across teams during BUILD, ensuring delivery from scratch and maintaining high standards in tax accounting, transfer pricing, and BEPS-related workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP PaPM (Cloud) experience and data modeling.
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience in SAC, ABAP, and Finance.
• English language skills at B2 level or above.
• Nice to have familiarity with tax processes (Tax Accounting, Transfer Pricing).

We're seeking a hands-on Lead SAP PaPM Developer / Tax Technology Specialist to join our team and build next-generation Corporate Income Tax solutions. Our applications are currently in the BUILD phase, giving you the opportunity to work on the ground level. You'll help design and deliver tools covering Pillar 2 (BEPS), IFRS Tax Accounting, Country-by-Country Reporting, Transfer Pricing, and Hyperinflation Responsibilities

• Develop and model financial and tax solutions using SAP PaPM (Cloud)
• Configure planning and reporting models in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC-P)
• Convert complex global tax regulations into functional software
• Create and deliver tools that support Pillar 2 (BEPS), IFRS Tax Accounting, Country-by-Country Reporting, Transfer Pricing, and Hyperinflation
• Work closely with the team throughout the BUILD phase to develop solutions from scratch

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with SAP PaPM (Cloud) and data modeling
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Experience in SAC, ABAP, and Finance
• English language skills at B2 level or above
• Nice to have Familiarity with tax processes, particularly Tax Accounting and Transfer Pricing
