Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Finance Transformation Manager to drive end-to-end SAP-based transformations, focusing on intercompany logistics and finance processes across global client engagements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and translate client goals into actionable SAP solutions while leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP projects experience with Software & Platforms clients.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on business challenges and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP's Business AI strategy and identify areas for AI value.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using best practices.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends and innovations in SAP Finance.
• Develop assets and best practices and build the next level of transformation experts.
