V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an SAP IBP Application Analyst focused on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate will design and configure SAP IBP forecasting and planning areas, and drive changes to support business processes. You will lead impact analyses, mentor junior analysts, provide end-user support, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system changes meet operational needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Experience with SAP IBP forecasting and planning areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with end-user production support and issue resolution.
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Mentoring and task delegation.

Responsibilities

Design and configure SAP systems, focusing on forecasting (IBP) and planning areas.
Lead impact analysis, system changes, testing, and improvements for business processes.
Serve as primary support contact for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate tasks as needed.
