Job summary

Lutron Electronics seeks an SAP Extended Warehouse Management Analyst at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. The role designs, implements, and supports SAP EWM systems to drive efficiency across the supply chain.

You will analyze requirements, configure EWM modules, and support end-to-end implementations including blueprinting, testing, and go-live, while collaborating with SAP teams and external vendors. Travel ~20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; GPA 3.00+ for <10 years experience; no degree/GPA requirement for 10+ years.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and support with RF barcode scanning and integration.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics with SAP EWM and S/4HANA.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-site implementations preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into SAP EWM specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet operational needs.
• Support end-to-end SAP EWM projects including blueprinting, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within SAP for seamless integration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
• Conduct end-user trainings and supervise super-users.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on SAP EWM innovations and best practices.
