Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP warehouse management solutions across multiple warehouses and geographies.

The role requires deep knowledge of inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking strategies, replenishment, and inventory, with proven leadership in SAP EWM projects and template design. On-site in Dallas, TX, USA, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Warehouse Management and related implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse management concepts including inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, and inventory.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ECC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience leading SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management projects, templates, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ability to design scalable, integrated warehouse solutions with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse management processes and solution design in SAP systems.
• Architect, configure, and support SAP warehouse management solutions across inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and inventory.
• Conduct solution assessments and implement process improvements for warehouse and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and warehouse controls.
• Lead SAP EWM projects including rollouts, templates, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain solution design documents, architecture standards, and process materials.
• Monitor processes and integrations for failures and drive corrective actions.
• Perform system/process reviews and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT, business, operations, and integration teams for seamless SAP integration.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and project teams.
• Act as architecture lead across multiple warehouses/geographies.
• Drive standardization of warehouse processes and integration patterns.
