We're supporting a global organization undergoing a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and looking to bring on an experienced Lead SAP ABAP Developer to lead complex development efforts across SAP modules and mobile solutions.

This hybrid role (3 days onsite near Chicago, 2 days remote) offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to own key development initiatives in a highly visible project.

Role Highlights:

Support SAP mobile and RF solutions (ITS Mobile, SAP Console)
Drive Clean Core extensibility strategies using BTP
Build and expose integrations (OData, REST, SOAP, RFCs, IDocs)
Collaborate across global teams, mentor developers, and lead code reviews
Align legacy code to S/4HANA architecture and support cloud-readiness

What You Bring:

10+ years of SAP ABAP experience, including ECC and S/4
Strong development background within multiple SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, SD, etc.)
Hands-on with mobile data collection, Dynpro, and RF transactions
Experience with BTP, middleware (Boomi/SAP CPI), and modern SAP DevOps practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
